Crown Asia Chemicals Corp., the listed manufacturer of plastic compounds, plastic pipes and other related products which are used directly and indirectly in the construction and telecommunications industries, is supporting the country’s infrastructure development.
At present, the company has broadened significantly as it supplies flagship infrastructure projects such as the North South Commuter Railway, Metro Subway, MRT-7, Skyway-3 Extension, among others.
Private developments are likewise booming including a reclamation project in Cebu which will enhance the province’s economic growth.
At present, Crown Asia covers distribution and supply to the entire nation, having over 2,000 dealers in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
The company operates two production plant sites and three major sales depots in Bulacan, Cebu and Davao.
Given the ramp up in sales, Crown Asia expanded its production capacity.
“Anticipating the shipping bottlenecks, Crown Asia raised its raw materials stock levels to ensure no interruption in production and to be able to serve its customers’ demands continuously,” it said in a statement.
With its pipeline of products, Crown Asia indeed plays a role in the country’s infrastructure growth.
